Senior Specialist – HR Operations (US HR Support)
Location: Chennai
We are hiring for a Senior Specialist – HR Operations for US Based Healthcare MNC to support US HR onboarding and pre-employment processes. The role involves coordinating with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and pre-employment activities for new hires
- Coordinate background verification, drug screening, and compliance processes
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities and documentation
- Handle candidate communication and provide excellent support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain process accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Support high-volume hiring operations and resolve onboarding issues proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of overall experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US HR Operations / onboarding support
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (CST time zone)
- Knowledge of onboarding, compliance, background verification, and HR coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage
