Job Title: Human Resource Operations (HR Generalist)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, including payroll, HRMS, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of managing the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll with accuracy and compliance
- Handle HRMS implementation, optimization, and maintenance
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
- Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and databases
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Assist in policy development and implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, HRMS, and PMS
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently
