Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Service/ Operations Executive with strong exposure to end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Exit processes and hands-on experience working in Workday. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable taking on challenging tasks. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Exit), ensuring accurate documentation and seamless employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee data in Workday with high accuracy.
- Manage the complete exit lifecycle, ensuring smooth offboarding and compliance with internal processes.
- Coordinate and obtain Exit clearances from all required stakeholders (IT, Admin, Finance, manager, etc.).
- Prepare and validate Full & Final settlement inputs with complete accuracy.
- Generate Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other exit-related documents through Workday or internal systems.
- Handle ex-employee queries related to relieving, PF, F&F status, documents, and other offboarding concerns.
- Maintain updated exit records and ensure all Workday data points are accurately captured.
- Support audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal HR policies.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Hire‑to‑Exit processes.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Workday.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of applying AI in day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and take up challenging tasks.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and problem‑solving ability.
