We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Generalist to oversee core HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS and other HR databases.
- Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving documents.
- Oversee probation tracking, attendance records, leave management, and employee data audits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and employee wellness activities.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend actionable improvements to enhance workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and concerns in a confidential and professional manner.
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, engagement, and employee relations metrics.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee retention and organizational effectiveness.

Working Days- 6 Days a Week (5 Days Work from Office)
