Assistant Manager/Manager – HR Operations

Role Overview
We at 360 ONE are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to drive operational excellence and HR analytics within a fast-paced BFSI environment. This role requires a strong blend of HR process expertise, data analytics capability, and excellent communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholders and senior leadership. The individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing overall HR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Lead HR MIS, reporting, and analytics to generate actionable insights for leadership
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Ensure high accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data
- Automate and streamline HR processes for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with Business HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to align HR operations with business needs
- Track and present key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and productivity
- Support internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate insights, reports, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Key Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute
- 8–12 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within BFSI / Financial Services
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (mandatory) – dashboards, pivot tables, macros, complex formulas
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization tools
- Proven experience in building HR dashboards and analytics frameworks
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and audits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS platforms and data systems
- Exposure to automation and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to simplify complex data into meaningful business insights
