🔹 Job Description (JD)
We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR reporting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation
• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Handle attendance and leave management processes
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance team for salary processing
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain employee contracts and HR policies
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and recognition programs
• Prepare HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, attendance, and new joiners
• Maintain HR dashboards and operational reports
🔹 Requirements
✔ 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
✔ Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
✔ Experience in onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong organizational and administrative abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Ability to manage confidential employee information
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience in startup or fast-growing organizations
• Knowledge of HRMS / CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR activities efficiently
