Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. HRMS & Process Implementation
Manage Zoho People for attendance, leave, and employee data
Support Zoho Projects adoption across teams
Ensure consistent data updates, reporting, and process adherence
Coordinate with consultant and internal teams for smooth implementation
2. Performance Management
Support implementation of KRAs & KPIs across roles
Track performance data and maintain monthly review discipline
Follow up on performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions
3. Discipline & System Adoption
Ensure teams adhere to task updates and reporting timelines
Reduce manual follow-ups through better system usage
Track non-adherence and flag for action
4. Hiring & Team Building
Drive hiring process in coordination with stakeholders
Ensure structured screening and candidate evaluation
Support building a strong second-line team
5. Onboarding & Training Coordination
Ensure structured onboarding for all new hires
Coordinate role clarity, KPI understanding, and system training
Support training on tools and ways of working
6. Culture & Work Environment
Support a culture of ownership, clarity, and accountability
Ensure alignment between expectations and execution
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist
Prior experience in a startup, IT, or tech-driven environment preferred
Hands-on exposure to HRMS tools such as Zoho, Keka, or Darwinbox
Strong execution mindset with the ability to follow through consistently
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and unstructured environments
