Role Description
The Human Resources Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting payroll and benefits administration.
Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, supporting performance management and engagement initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in HR workflows and systems. The role requires close interaction with employees and managers to provide guidance on HR matters and to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support end-to-end people processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to design, implement, and optimize compliant HR procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Relevant experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in India.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
