Manager – HR Operations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations leadership within IT services or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, contract staffing regulations, and IT industry compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Ramco, or staffing-specific platforms).
- Experience managing large-scale workforce operations across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee records for contract workforce (TEs).
- Standardize HR processes to support high-volume staffing operations.
- Implement automation and digital HR solutions to improve efficiency.
🔹 Workforce Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes for IT consultants, contractors.
- Ensure smooth deployment and redeployment of consultants across client projects.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to align HR operations with staffing cycles.
🔹 Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, staffing regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, sub-vendor contracts
- Update HR policies to reflect industry-specific needs (e.g., contract staffing norms, IT project compliance).
🔹 Data & Analytics
- Generate workforce analytics (attrition, deployment trends, payroll accuracy, compliance metrics).
🔹 Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead HR operations team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Partner with Business, Commercial finance and Billing teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as escalation point for TE queries related to HR Ops.
