About the role:
We are looking for a high-energy Operation & People Intern to be the backbone of our internal coordination and the face of our hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & People Ops
- Lead the Search: Take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle—from drafting and posting job descriptions on LinkedIn and Internshala to initial resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Onboarding: Create a seamless "Day 1" experience for new interns, ensuring they have the tools and information they need to succeed.
- Team Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
2. Daily Operations & Coordination
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily administrative tasks and process workflows to ensure the team stays focused on core goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to keep projects on track.
- Task Management: Monitor internal progress and help maintain our project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello).
3. Growth & Strategy
- Assist in refining and creating documentation that helps our startup scale efficiently.
- Contribute to "People Strategy" brainstorming—how we can attract the best talent and keep them engaged.
What we are looking for:
- The Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can "sell" the vision of the company to potential hires.
- The Organizer: You have a high attention to detail and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- The Proactive Thinker: You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Jobs, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools is a major plus.
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, but not mandatory.
