Role Description The Human Resources Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations to support employees and leadership at Machine Maker. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Key responsibilities include administering HR policies and processes, managing employee life cycle documentation, maintaining HR records and HRIS data, and coordinating recruitment logistics and onboarding. The role will handle employee queries, support performance management activities, and help implement engagement and retention initiatives. The HR Operations Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws, support HR reporting and analytics, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources, including Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS updates, and process coordination.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Pune.
