Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Operations professional. The role involves overseeing HR operations and implementing policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing HR processes to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include handling personnel records, onboarding, supporting HR policy development, and fostering workplace well-being while supporting day-to-day operational HR tasks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR)
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Experience in HR Management and development of HR Policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage
