Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Lodhika. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management, ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering effective employee relations, and developing comprehensive job descriptions. The HR Officer will manage recruitment processes, employee performance appraisals, and support the development of workplace culture to align with organizational goals.
Job Description:
- Proficiency in HR Management and implementing effective Human Resources (HR) practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to ensure organizational compliance.
- Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues.
- Expertise in Job Description Development and aligning roles with corporate goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or export-driven organization is preferred.
