Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Officer role located in Falta. As an HR Officer, you will oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management. Your tasks will include identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining personnel records. You will also assist in developing and managing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Interviewing, and Staffing skills
- Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Labor Law Compliance knowledge
- Policy Implementation and Performance Management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with HR management tools or systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
