Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Morbi. The Human Resources Officer will oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies, and managing job descriptions and recruitment processes. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive work culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Proficient in HR Management and Human Resources operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong background in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Skill in Job Description Development and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an advantage
