Position Details

Position: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE πŸ›©οΈ

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager


Role Overview

The HR & Admin Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Support training & development initiatives and performance appraisal processes.

Administration

  • Employment & Visit Visa processing coordination.
  • Supervise office administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Maintain company documents, licenses, contracts, and renewals.
  • Organize company events, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Ensure workplace health & safety compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization ability.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken and written).


Compensation & Benefits

πŸ’° Annual Salary: AED 30,000 – 36,000 (Approx. INR 7.5 – 9.2 LPA In-hand)

🎯 Performance Incentive: Up to 25% of annual salary (Approx. INR 1.9L – 2.3L)
