Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource (HR):
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Draft and implement HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with labor and organizational policies.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Manage the firm’s digital presence, including LinkedIn, website, and other platforms.
- Develop content for newsletters, legal updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
- Support business development by identifying networking opportunities and maintaining client relations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing material for the firm.
Skills & Competencies- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and social media management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and work in a professional environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR/Marketing roles (law firm/consulting experience is an added advantage).
