Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for US-based projects. The role requires working in night shift hours aligned with US time zones and managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle employee lifecycle management (joining, engagement, exit)
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with accuracy
- Manage remote workforce and US client coordination
- Ensure smooth communication across time zones
- Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and records
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Prepare and share HR reports/MIS with management
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Key Requirements- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience in recruitment + HR operations
- Comfortable working in night shift (US hours)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience handling remote/international teams preferred
- Good knowledge of payroll support and compliance
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Preferred Skills- Experience with ATS tools / HRMS systems
- Exposure to US hiring or international clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
