Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR policies, recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs tailored specifically for the textile industry.
- They will handle compliance, foster organizational development, and ensure smooth workforce operations in alignment with company goals.
- Additionally, the HR Manager will partner with senior leaders to create strategic HR plans while supporting day-to-day HR administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Training and Development and Organizational Development practices
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze workforce data for decision-making and strategic planning
- Experience in the textile industry or manufacturing sector is advantageous
