- Superfood Market – a fast-scaling eCommerce business operating across multiple marketplaces
- Spottitt – using satellite imagery and AI to deliver geospatial insights to enterprise clients

We are building multiple businesses at pace, with a focus on execution, commercial outcomes, and continuous improvement. This is an environment where things move quickly, priorities shift, and we expect people to take ownership and deliver.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us immediately, with a strong grounding in talent acquisition, UK employment law, and employee relations.
This is a hands-on role across the group. You’ll be working directly with UK leadership teams while being based in India, taking ownership of both hiring delivery and core HR processes.
What you’ll be responsible for
Talent Acquisition
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and businesses
- Working directly with hiring managers to define requirements and improve role clarity
- Driving pace and quality in hiring processes
- Supporting and guiding India-based recruitment teams where needed
Employee Relations & UK Employment Law
- Handling ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
- Advising managers on UK employment law and risk
- Drafting and reviewing HR documentation (letters, contracts, outcomes)
- Ensuring a consistent and pragmatic approach to people issues
HR Operations
- Supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Bringing structure and clarity to ways of working
- Ensuring documentation and record-keeping is accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role
- Strong talent acquisition experience
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and practical ER handling
- Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams
- Able to operate with urgency, ownership, and minimal supervision
- Clear communicator – direct, structured, and pragmatic
Important
- Immediate availability is required
- This role will suit someone who prefers execution over theory
- You must be comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and not overly structured
Why join
- High ownership and visibility from day one
- Exposure across multiple businesses and leadership teams
- Opportunity to shape how HR actually works, not just maintain it
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or post-graduate qualification
- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
