Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, ensuring effective management of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, policy enforcement, and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, requiring a hands-on approach to HR operations within a casting foundry & Machineshop. The role entails managing compliance, workforce planning, conflict resolution, and fostering a strong organizational culture to support the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee onboarding processes
- Skills in performance management, training, and employee development
- Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring workplace compliance
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting tools
- Proven ability to work in an on-site, manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in a steel casting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
Experience - 10 - 15 years in related industry
