Role Description The Human Resources Manager (Recruitment & Generalist) will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles. This position will oversee core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management support, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance with local labor regulations. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and contribute to HR process improvement and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment skills, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management for diverse roles.
- Experience with core HR generalist activities such as onboarding, performance management support, employee relations, and policy administration.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws applicable in India, with the ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
- Proficiency with HR tools and systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS, spreadsheets, and documentation tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technology or manufacturing-focused environment is beneficial, along with familiarity with fast-paced growth settings.
