About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a key leadership role at our factory in India.
This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in building and strengthening the HR foundation of a growing manufacturing operation.
You will work closely with both local teams and headquarters, acting as a strategic partner to the factory management team while also being hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions at the India factory, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Develop and execute workforce planning to ensure stable staffing for production lines and key positions
• Build and implement training systems, including frontline workforce training and management development programs
• Drive performance management processes and support leadership in talent evaluation and development
• Design and optimize compensation and benefits structures to enhance retention and workforce stability
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive and stable working environment
• Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and the local factory team

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience across HR functions (recruitment, training, C&B, employee relations)
• Experience working with multinational teams or cross-cultural environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Language Requirements
• Fluent in English (required for daily communication)
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferred (for coordination with headquarters)
• Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Tamil) is a plus
