Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional (Fresher) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute who possesses a strong conceptual understanding of end-to-end Human Resource functions. The individual will work closely with the HR leadership team and gain exposure across key HR areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and HR strategy execution.
This role is designed as a high-potential HR talent pipeline position, offering accelerated learning and leadership exposure.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HRIS updates and data management.
3. Employee Engagement- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support internal communication activities.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
4. Performance Management- Support implementation of performance management frameworks.
- Assist in tracking performance review cycles.
- Coordinate with managers for goal-setting and feedback processes.
5. Learning & Development- Support training coordination and learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, and engagement.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
