Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's human resources functions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, promoting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and monitoring performance management systems. The HR Manager will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, and maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with Zulton Ventures' values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR strategies, policies, and employee engagement
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices
- Experience managing performance and employee evaluation systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in a startup, venture studio, or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
