About the Role
At Zonixtec IT Services Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for an experienced and technically proficient HR Manager to support our high-impact AI/ML and Cybersecurity projects. This role is critical in bridging technical hiring needs with compliance and governance standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cybersecurity professionals
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate both skills and cultural fit
- Build a strong pipeline of talent skilled in AI ethics and secure data handling
- Ensure compliance with DPDP Act, GDPR, and data privacy regulations
- Implement background verification processes and enforce confidentiality & IP policies
- Design HR policies aligned with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and security standards
- Drive performance frameworks, balancing innovation and compliance
- Promote a security-first workplace culture through training initiatives
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles within IT services
- 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (AI/ML / Cybersecurity)
- Strong understanding of technical project lifecycles
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and data protection regulations
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AI Ethics (e.g., Certified AI for HR Managers, CPAMP)
- Training in the DPDP Act, 2023
