Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Gurgaon sector 29, 6 days onsite.

We are looking for an HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and core HR operations. This role involves working closely with business leaders, managing vendors, and supporting payroll and compliance to build a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management (documentation, confirmations, exits, etc.)
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and support performance review processes
• Act as an HR partner to managers for team and people-related matters
• Coordinate with vendors for recruitment, payroll, and other HR services
• Support payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in coordination with finance
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll coordination
