Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our on-site team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development. You'll develop and implement effective HR policies, drive employee engagement initiatives, monitor compliance with labor laws, and support leadership in strategic workforce planning. The role also includes identifying and nurturing talent, facilitating performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Onboarding
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Policy Development
- Experience with Training and Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management
- Familiarity with HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in HR management roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
