Role Description:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the on-site facility in Lodhika in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and induction, and the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves handling performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs to support workforce growth and retention. The HR Manager will also administer compensation and benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Collaboration with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational culture, and HR reporting will be an integral part of the day-to-day work.
Job Description:
- Strong capabilities in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes, with experience managing hiring for manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in workplace safety and employee welfare.
- Skills in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining positive employee relations at all levels.
- Ability to plan and execute training and development programs, including skills enhancement and leadership development.
- Comfort with HRIS and basic HR analytics for attendance, payroll coordination, and reporting to management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or a similar sector, is highly desirable.
