Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace culture
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Skills in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or HR certification is a plus
- Proven track record of contributing to the growth and efficiency of organizational HR operations
