We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and team coordination.
✅ Experience Required: 3+ Years

💰 Salary: 30K - 35K
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Regulations
- Skills in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Payroll Management and Compensation Structuring
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making Abilities
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems and Recruitment Tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
- Proven experience in overseeing HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
