Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations. The Manager will also develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, employee training and development programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves fostering an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management and employee relations expertise
- Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and organizational policies
- Skills in developing employee engagement programs and workplace culture
- Proficiency in performance management, training, and development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare-related environment
