Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chalakudy for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, creating employee training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Strong skills in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
- Experience in creating Employee Development Programs and Training
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems and similar software
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively in an on-site workplace
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
