Job details:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Develop recruitment strategies to attract creative and technical professionals, including marketers, designers, copywriters, and strategists.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
· Build a strong talent pipeline for niche marketing roles (e.g. Creative head, Social Media Strategist, digital marketing specialists, SEO experts).
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for the team.
· Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management:
· Define and develop clear Performance Metrics and manage performance systems that aligns with creative outputs, turnaround time, design approval rate, campaign success, and client satisfaction.
· Implement a performance appraisal system.
· Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
· Create reward systems: Recognize high-performing individuals or teams through incentives, awards, or promotions. Need to implement awards like Star of the month, attendance and on time award, leadership award etc.
4. Tracking for Performance:
· Track and observe the status of every candidates work delivery
5. Policy & Compliance
· Establish clear HR policies that align with the fast-paced nature of a marketing agency, including late coming, leave policies etc.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
· Conduct audits and update policies based on changing requirements.
6. Documentation
· Employee Database Management : This will include their prior work history and personal ID cards like Aadhar and driving License, permanent address proof, contact information of their parents/spouse.
· Company Documents: Maintain Database & documents.
7. Employee Engagement and Relations Responsibilities.
· Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
· Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback.
Organize fortnightly engagement activities like team-building exercises, celebrations, and wellness programs.
8. Office Management
· Need to maintain a housekeeping inventory.
· Create a detailed time-table for housekeeping staff.
· Create a list of all vendors for office maintenance.
· Create a list of vendors for office operations.
