About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who has worked in EV mobility, cab aggregator, or fleet-based companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, high-volume recruitment (especially drivers/field staff), driver onboarding formalities, documentation management, and HR process automation. The role requires close coordination with operations teams to ensure smooth workforce management for cab or fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
- Lead high-volume hiring, particularly for drivers and operational staff.
- Handle complete driver onboarding formalities, including joining procedures and induction.
- Manage and verify driver documentation such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Police Verification, and other compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update employee and driver records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure driver availability, workforce planning, and shift management.
- Implement and manage HR automation tools and digital HR processes to improve efficiency.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution when required.
- Ensure HR compliance, including contracts, documentation, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Support management in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Handle other HR and operational coordination work related to driver management.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in EV cab companies, cab aggregators, mobility startups, or logistics/fleet operations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, driver lifecycle management, and workforce management.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and driver/field staff hiring.
- Strong knowledge of driver onboarding processes and documentation requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS
- Familiarity with HR automation tools, HRMS, and digital HR processes.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
