We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our fast-growing retail franchise business managing stores of leading MNC brands.

Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail store operations
• Manage manpower planning across multiple outlets
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
• Handle onboarding, HR operations, attendance & compliance
• Coordinate with franchise partners and store managers
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and labor compliance
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition processes
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
- Experience with payroll management, benefits administration, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR management experience is preferred
