Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and training, developing policies and procedures, handling payroll and benefits administration, and resolving workplace conflicts. This role is integral to ensuring smooth organizational operations and promoting employee satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, Policy Development, and Documentation
- Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Metrics
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR management experience is required; experience in a service-based industry is a plus
