Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human
resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management,
ensuring the company's HR needs align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive
workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
● Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
● Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
● Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
● Conduct periodic workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing levels.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and
productivity.
● Act as a mediator to address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts.
● Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Performance Management:
● Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
● Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
● Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
● Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Compliance and Policies:
● Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
● Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
● Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
● Utilize data analytics to measure HR effectiveness and make informed decisions.
● Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and
recruitment timelines.
Team Leadership:
● Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
● Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
● Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, with expertise in recruitment,
employee relations, and compliance.
● Skills:
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
○ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
○ Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools.
○ Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
