Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring the company's HR needs align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Conduct periodic workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Act as a mediator to address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to measure HR effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment timelines.
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools.
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
