Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead? Vsynergize.ai is looking for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to join our team and drive key people functions including Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT), Performance Management, Appraisals, Compliance, and HR Operations.

● Ensure HR compliance and policy alignment

● 10+ years of overall HR experience (with 3+ years in a managerial role)
● Proven TA expertise across tech and non-tech hiring
● Strong grip on HR operations, labor laws, and HR tech tools
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
