Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Managing Director
Role Summary
Lead the Human Resources function by developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Handle employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
- Manage employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2+ years of HR experience; startup/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.

Compensation
