VISA Group is expanding, and we need a high-impact Corporate HR Executive / AM / DM who can handle operations, compliance, and people strategy with confidence.
🚀 What You’ll Own:
✔ End-to-end hiring & manpower planning (fast closures expected)
✔ Complete HR operations & employee lifecycle management
✔ Payroll coordination & SAP HR handling
✔ Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity – no room for errors)
✔ Driving PMS cycles and performance culture
✔ Employee engagement & grievance handling
✔ HR MIS, analytics & reporting to leadership
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• MBA in HR
• 3–8 years of hardcore corporate HR experience
• Strong exposure to manufacturing/industrial setup
• looking for someone who can multi-task, take ownership, and deliver results under pressure.
