Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training development. Key tasks include creating HR policies, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring legal and regulatory adherence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur, requiring leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to talent and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and team engagement
• Experience in performance management, appraisal systems, and employee training programs
• Knowledge of compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is highly advantageous
