JOB TITLE : HR Manager
LOCATION : Dehradun
JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to oversee and manage key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
· Maintain employee records and HR databases.
· Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
· Support performance management and appraisal processes.
· Coordinate training and development programs.
· Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
· Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
· Experience in HRMS and ATS Portals.
Qualifications & Skills
· Master’s degree in Human Resources
· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related role
· Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
