Job Description: HR Manager (Labor & Operations)Company: Valar Group of Companies
Location: Coimbatore / Theni (Requires frequent interstate travel)
Core ObjectiveManage the full lifecycle of skilled (Electricians, Welders) and unskilled workforces, balancing aggressive field recruitment with strict statutory compliance and industrial harmony.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing: Travel to various states to scout and recruit labor; manage contractors and direct hiring pipelines.
- Onboarding: Handle documentation, site induction, and accommodation logistics.
- Compliance: Execute precise calculations for Salary, ESI, PF, and Gratuity; ensure all labor law filings are up to date.
- Training: Conduct safety, technical, and discipline-oriented training for workers.
- Welfare & Emergency: Lead emergency response for medical/site incidents; manage labor appraisals and attendance.
- Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary mediator for labor grievances; resolve conflicts between staff, contractors, or management to prevent work stoppages and ensure a stable site environment.
Requirements- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Tamil (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3+ years in industrial HR, labor relations, or factory management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of statutory math (PF/ESI/Gratuity) and mediation/negotiation tactics.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to remote regions for sourcing.
