Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing training and development programs, administering benefits, and managing performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures. The role requires strong leadership in fostering a positive, engaging, and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience with performance management, training and development, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR software and related tools
- Proven ability to manage and support diverse workplace cultures and build positive employee experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
