- Working Model: Hybrid (3 onsite + 2 WFH per week)
- Location: Fort, Mumbai
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 (based on experience)
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in HR/recruitment, preferably in creative agencies or client-facing roles
Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to serve as a shared resource between UAC and a leading branding and design studio. You will manage end-to-end HR operations for the client while supporting UAC’s recruitment and HR processes, ensuring seamless execution and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, implement policies, manage performance cycles, and drive engagement initiatives for the client organization
- Recruitment Support: Partner with UAC to source, screen, and coordinate talent acquisition for client and internal projects
- Processes & Frameworks: Develop and maintain scalable HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention
- HR Analytics: Track key HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, teams, and multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and accountability
Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in creative or client-facing environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office, and HR tools
- Flexible with hybrid work and client-site requirements in Mumbai
