Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida Sector 4 - Awfis Majestic Omnia. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and other HR processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, assisting in talent acquisition and development, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and actively contributing to organizational strategy. The individual will lead efforts to create a positive workplace culture and ensure that company goals align with employee development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Relations Management, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in designing and managing HR policies, onboarding processes, and training programs
- Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and regulatory HR practices in India
- Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in human resources management or a similar leadership role
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
