Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The role will also require collaboration with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and managing HR metrics to support company growth.
Qualifications
- HR Operations and Administrative Skills: Knowledge of policies, procedures, payroll, and benefits administration
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and handle conflict resolution effectively
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, provide strategic HR guidance, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using HR metrics and systems for decision-making and effective problem-solving
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Previous experience in the creative or music industry is an advantage

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
