HR Manager – Talent & People Operations
📍 Gurgaon | Full-time | Work from Office
Tulio is a fast-growing, design-led brand in the made-to-measure curtains and blinds space. As we scale across cities, building a high-performance, accountable, and values-driven team is critical to our success.
We are looking for an HR Manager – Talent & People Operations who can take ownership of hiring, performance, and people processes across the organisation.
This is a high-responsibility, hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You Will Do
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Priority)
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across functions:
- Design
- Sales
- Operations
- Corporate roles
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates
- Work closely with leadership to:
- Understand role requirements
- Ensure high-quality hiring
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage:
- Offer letters
- Appointment letters
- Documentation
- Ensure smooth and structured onboarding experience
- Handle employee lifecycle:
- Confirmations
- Transitions
- Exits
3. Performance Management & Appraisals
- Drive performance review cycles
- Track:
- KPIs
- Individual performance
- Support leadership in:
- Appraisals
- Compensation revisions
- Help build a high-performance culture
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and basic compliance
- Bring structure and discipline to HR operations
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives to build:
- Ownership
- Accountability
- Team alignment
- Address employee concerns with maturity and discretion
- Ensure a professional, respectful, and high-energy workplace
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in HR / People Operations
- Strong experience in recruitment (must-have)
- Exposure to:
- Performance management
- Appraisals
- Employee lifecycle management
- Ability to work in a:
- Fast-paced startup environment
- High accountability setup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
What This Role Is Not
- Not a policy-heavy, slow corporate HR role
- Not limited to admin or documentation
